Horseless Carriages from the Brass Era

The Brass Era was one of the most innovative and progressive eras in the history of the automobile. Here are a few classic cars of the Brass Era that we’ve recently run across.

1903 Stanley Steamer

Stanley Steamers were built from 1902 through 1917. The early models were non-condensing cars, and would discharge the used steam out of the car. This type of engine was simple, required few parts, were not prone to rusting, but only got 1 to 2 mpg’s.
