Here’s some really excellent shots of an eye-popping 1960 Buick Electra 225 convertible we ran across.

We think you are going to enjoy these photos, especially if you are a Buick Electra 225 fan.

We’ve seen all kinds of cool classic convertibles, but we think this gorgeous “Casino Cream” Buick Electra is one beautiful car.

Take a look and see if you agree with us.

One of only 100 left out of 6,746 made, this “Duece and a Quarter” features a 401 cu in (6.6L) Nailhead V-8 and a 2-speed Dynaflow automatic transmission.

For 1960, a new concave grille and horizontal headlights along with Buick’s “Trishield” logo were added, along with four chrome VentiPorts on each front fender.

Electra 225 convertibles featured leather interiors. This one is what Buick called a “red” interior.

The instrument panel featured an adjustable “Mirromatic” speedometer for better driver visibility, along with a new two-spoke steering wheel with horn bars.

I’m hoping you enjoyed the photos of this awesome 1960 Buick Electra 225 convertible, as much as I did

Hi, I’m Greg, the guy who created this website, and sharing awesome classic cars is the chief reason why I started OldCarNutz.com. Really. That is the only reason I’m here with you.

But here comes the “but”…

Alright, before we do anything else, a confession is in order. Honestly, I have a personal reason for building this site. See, I love classic cars (like the 1960 Buick Electra 225 pics you just saw), and I honestly just wanted a place where I could organize and share my favorites under one roof.

I also recognize a good opportunity when I see one. I just thought I’d be 100 percent honest with you.

If it’s in my power to build an amazing site that others appreciate half as much as I do, and I can perhaps even make a little cash with it at the same time, then I really don’t see an issue with that.

It’s a wonderful world we’re living in where we can get paid for sharing our passions. I like to take full advantage. But (and this is a big but)… Sales pitches suck, they’re not my style, and making money is not my key motivator for running this blog. If you see a product on this site that you think will help, that’s perfect! But if this isn’t the case, then it’s all good. It’s just really great to have you here.

I’m just cool with watching and sharing antique automobile info with like-minded people!

And that’s the purpose that OldCarNutz.com serves. It’s pretty much a place for cool people to come together and check out great vintage automobiles. Sound good? Great! It’d be great to have you over again some time.

So come back any time you want to! I’ll continue to share stellar photos and videos about hot rods, muscle cars, and vintage cars!

Please subscribe using the link below if you’d like to be updated about new pics or videos as they become available. Rest assured, I will only send notification emails, and not promotional ones.

In any event, it’s still possible for you to preserve your karma points by clicking on the FB “Like” button on the sidebar to the right. Or at a minimum, please share this post via one of the social share buttons below.

Finally, it means a lot to me to hear what my visitors think of the content I share. So tell me what you thought of the 1960 Buick Electra 225 pics in the comments section below.

My best to you,
