1953 Packard Clipper

Packard quality is legendary, so it’s no surprise that even the “affordable” 1953 Packard Clipper was nearing a Cadillac level of luxury. Watch and see.

It’s time for another excellent classic car vid from Streetside Classics featuring a 1953 Packard Clipper!

Formerly known as the Packard 200, the Clipper was re-introduced in 1953 as Packard’s entry-level model but was a marked improvement over its predecessor.

The 1953 Packard Clipper featured fresher, brighter colors and interiors, cleaner side trim, a new grille, and a larger rear window.

Beautifully finished in pearl blue, this Clipper is powered by a 288ci straight-eight and a three-speed transmission.

I think you will really like this beautiful ’53 Clipper, especially if you are a die-hard Packard fan. Take a look and see if you agree!

I hope you enjoyed the walk-around video of this pretty 1953 Packard Clipper. You don’t see too many of them around these days.

I’m Greg Johnson, the one who created OldCarNutz.com, and the reason this site exists is for you to be able to access hundreds of incredible classic automobile photos and videos. That’s it! That’s all. 🙂

Hold on, here comes the big ol’ “but”…

Okay, right off the bat, there happens to be something I need to tell you. In truth, I really crafted this blog for me myself. You see, I really enjoy videos about classic automobiles (like the 1953 Packard Clipper presentation you just finished up with), and I honestly just wanted a place where I could re-watch my favorites under one roof.

With that said, I see a lot of opportunity in creating this site. I just want to be transparent here.

Personally, I don’t see anything wrong with earning a little money from sponsorships and vintage automobile product recommendations. I hope you don’t either.

But I just wanted to disclose the fact that yes, I do make money from this site. But listen closely… I’m not here to sell anything.

If you get the itch to buy anything from any of my sponsors, that’d be great! But if you’re simply not interested, no worries. You just being here is good enough for me. 🙂

Income or no, I just wanna share classic automobiles with good people like you! 😉

And that’s what this site is all about. It’s really just a website for those who care about the great classic cars of the past. If that sounds like something you can appreciate, then I’d love to see you again. 😉

So keep in touch! I will keep sharing top-notch videos about vintage cars, muscle cars, and hot rods… and so on!
